The Ancillary office needed to be turned into a Workers Dormitory Urgently.

We were commissioned to design this space early after the entire building was built. Our new program included wide living room and kitchen, home theater, a master bedroom - and the most important feature: a rooftop swimming pool.

The challenge was to do all planning and start a project during the shutdown of the COVID 19 Pandemic. Meetings and all Government approvals had to be done all online and we did not know when work could start.
The moment workers were able to start work , some workers would start first , all under the rules of Social Distancing and with a limit on the amount of workers allowed on site
